MVHR for new builds, done right first time. MVHR design & installation for new builds, self-builds and developers in East Sussex
We design and install new MVHR systems alongside builders and developers, from first fix to Part F commissioning, so ventilation is built in properly and signed off without delays.
Why bring us in early
Airtight new builds need mechanical ventilation, and MVHR performs best when it’s designed into the building rather than squeezed in afterwards. Planning duct routes before joists are fixed and ceilings are boarded keeps runs short and quiet, avoids boxing-in and makes balancing straightforward.
- Ventilation design to Approved Document F airflow rates
- Unit and duct routes coordinated with your joists, steels and services
- First fix ductwork installed to suit your programme
- Second fix valves, unit, condensate and controls
- Balancing and a Part F commissioning record for Building Control
Self-builds and renovations
Building your own home or gutting a property? We work directly with you and your builder to get MVHR right, and can design it alongside air conditioning or an air source heat pump so the systems work together.

New-build MVHR FAQs
FAQWhen should MVHR be planned on a new build?
As early as possible, ideally at design stage and certainly before first fix, so duct routes, unit position and valve locations can be built in rather than worked around.
Do you provide commissioning for Building Control?
Yes. Every system we install is balanced to its design airflow rates and handed over with the commissioning record needed for Building Regulations Part F.
Do you install the whole system or design only?
We design and install complete new systems: unit, insulated ductwork, valves, condensate and controls, then commission and hand over.
What areas do you cover for new-build MVHR?
Hastings, Bexhill, Rye, Battle, Eastbourne and across East Sussex, with larger developments considered further afield.
